The S9000 diesel generator delivers 8.8 kVA / 7.9 kW emergency standby and 7.6 kVA / 6.8 kW continuous power at 230 V, 50 Hz single phase, 0.9 power factor, from a Lombardini 25LD330 engine with 12 V electric start. The 654 cm³ air cooled diesel runs at 3000 RPM with mechanical governor and a 1.8 litre oil capacity, driving a brushless class H, IP23, two pole alternator with capacitor voltage regulation.

The 24 litre tank runs 11.06 hours at 75% load and 8.25 hours at 100%, using 2.17 litres per hour at 75%. At 157 kg dry and 960 x 641 x 667 mm it is a two person lift, and transport kits with fixed or folding handles are available.

The control panel is mounted on the genset with a keyed off/on/start selector, oil pressure indicator, thermal breaker and low oil pressure protection. Outlets are three AS/NZS 3112 15 A 250 V sockets.

What is the CONN connector for?

CONN models carry a connector on the control panel for the optional AMF automatic mains failure panel or the RSS wireless remote start/stop. The AMF panel monitors the mains, starts the generator and transfers the load when the supply fails, then stops the set when the grid returns. The RSS gives wireless start and stop from up to 90 metres.
