The GRW67P rental generator delivers 66 kVA / 52.8 kW standby and 60 kVA / 48 kW prime power from a Perkins 1104D-44TG2, a four cylinder, 4.4 litre, turbocharged, water-cooled Stage IIIA engine running at 1500 RPM with electronic governor. Output is delivered through a brushless Leroy Somer LSA 42.3 L9 alternator at 400/231 V, 50 Hz, three phase, 0.8 power factor, with class H insulation, IP23 protection, Protection System 2 winding treatment, AREP excitation, R438 electronic voltage regulation held inside 0.5% and a permanently greased single bearing rated for 20,000 hours. Nominal current is 87 A and maximum current 95 A. The set is 50/60 Hz switchable, and with the VSS voltage selector switch can run at 230 V three phase or 230 V single phase (40 kVA standby).

The canopy is built from modular panels of zinced metal sheet tested to more than 1000 hours of salt spray, with gasketed access doors and lockable handles on each side, washable fireproof soundproofing and an integrated residential exhaust silencer with rain flap, giving 61 dB(A) at 7 metres and a guaranteed sound power level of 90 dB(A). The heavy-duty powder coated base frame is fully bunded to retain 110% of the set fluids and carries integrated fork pockets, a pull bar and a single lifting point with rung and handle on both sides. The unit measures 3460 x 1200 x 1950 mm and weighs 2250 kg. The canopy is painted RAL 9016 with supersilent soundproofing rated at a maximum of 75 dB(A) at 1 metre.

The integrated 500 litre metal fuel tank runs 43.10 hours at 75% prime power and 32.09 hours at full load, with a refilling point on each side and a six way fuel valve for connection to an external tank. The unit in stock is supplied with the ACP automatic control panel with ComAp AMF26 controller with auto mains failure function, digital metering of generator voltage, current, frequency, power and power factor, mains voltage, hours, battery voltage, engine speed, fuel level, engine temperature and oil pressure, four operating modes, RS232 port, 5 A battery charger, differential protection with internal switch and a socket section with 3P+N+T 125 A, 63 A, 32 A and 16 A outlets, a 2P+T 230 V 16 A outlet and a SCHUKO outlet, each with its own circuit breaker.
