Description
GLT SERIES – Lighting Towers
Low voltage. Long hours. Compact frame.
The GLT4 DC Hyper lighting tower runs four 45,000 lumen Hyper LED floodlights from a low voltage 48V DC alternator, giving a total output of 180,000 lumens at 175 Lm/W across an illuminated area of 10,700 m² at one lux. The multi-rotating Hyper LED system can be fitted with optional anti-glare shells where spill light needs controlling.
A two cylinder Kubota Z482 runs at 1500 RPM and returns up to 257 hours from the 200 litre tank, so the unit can be left on site across a long roster without refuelling. Average sound pressure is 60 dB(A) at 7 metres.
The mast lifts hydraulically and rotates through 340 degrees. Compact seagull-wing doors open for easy access to the built-in generator, and the road trailer has a long foldable drawbar to optimise transport. Control is through a DSE L401-MKII digital controller, and the plastic fuel tank has integrated liquid containment.
Suited to construction, infrastructure, mining support, events and rental fleets where long unattended run time and high light output matter more than onboard mains power sockets.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the GLT4 DC Hyper differ from the GLT4-A Hybrid?
The GLT4 DC Hyper is a diesel only unit with a 48V DC alternator, four 45,000 lumen Hyper LED floodlights and up to 257 hours of run time. The GLT4-A Hybrid adds solar panels and a battery bank, which extends run time considerably at a lower light output. Choose the DC Hyper for maximum light on a long diesel run, and the Hybrid where fuel burn and noise matter most.
