The CUBE DC Hyper lighting tower runs four 45,000 lumen Hyper LED floodlights from a low voltage 48V DC alternator, giving a total output of 180,000 lumens at 175 Lm/W across an illuminated area of 10,700 m at one lux. The multi-rotating Hyper LED system can be fitted with optional anti-glare shells where spill light needs controlling.

A two cylinder Kubota Z482 runs at 1500 RPM and returns up to 215 hours from the 170 litre tank, with an average sound pressure level of 58 dB(A) at 7 metres. The tank has integrated liquid containment.

The galvanised frame carries an internal locking system that secures the stabilisers, and the mast lifts hydraulically and rotates through 340 degrees. Wind resistance is 110 km/h. Four wide side doors and one top door with compass opening give full access to the technical area for control and maintenance, and the unit is controlled through a DSE L401-MKII digital controller.

Built on a compact site frame to be lifted by forklift or crane rather than towed, which suits confined sites, shutdowns and multi-unit transport. Suited to construction, infrastructure, mining support, events and rental fleets where long unattended run time and high light output matter more than onboard mains power.

The CUBE DC Hyper runs its floodlights from a 1.4 kVA 48V DC low voltage alternator with a Kubota Z482 engine, producing 180,000 lumens with up to 215 hours of run time, and is rated to 110 km/h wind. The CUBE+ Hyper runs a 5 kVA mains voltage alternator with a Yanmar engine, producing 184,000 lumens over 243 hours. Choose the DC unit for the low voltage lighting circuit and the higher wind rating.

Can it be towed?

No. The CUBE DC Hyper is built on a compact site frame designed to be lifted by forklift or crane, not on a road trailer. If you need a road towable low voltage unit, look at the GLT4 DC Hyper instead.

What are the anti-glare shells for?

They are an option on the multi-rotating Hyper LED floodlights and cut spill light where the tower is working near housing, a road, or anywhere glare would be a nuisance or a hazard.
