Description
V20 SERIES – Lighting Towers
One machine, three power systems. On a road trailer.
The V20 PRO Hyper AGM lighting tower carries four 240 Watt Generac Hyper LED floodlights on brackets that point them in any direction, giving 139,200 lumens across 3,100 m² at one lux. Light power is adjustable from 25 to 100 percent, so output can be traded against run time to suit the job.
How it runs is selectable. On battery alone the tower is silent and produces no emissions, for up to 19 hours and 46 minutes. In hybrid mode the AGM pack carries the load and the two cylinder Kubota Z482 starts only to recharge, giving as much as 471 hours between refuels from the 100 litre tank. In generator mode it runs continuously for up to 165 hours. Sound pressure is between 0 and 58 dB(A) at 7 metres.
A 5 kVA 230V alternator is on board, with a 15A 56 Series inlet for running from an external supply and a multipin inlet for an optional solar kit. The mast lifts hydraulically to 8.2 metres and rotates through 340 degrees, with 110 km/h wind resistance, and the tank sits in a 110 percent liquid containment bund.
Supplied on an adjustable road trailer, so it tows between sites rather than needing a forklift or crane. If you need the same lighting package on a compact site frame, look at the CUBE Pro Hyper.
Suited to rental fleets, urban construction, night roadworks, events and any site where noise limits or emissions rule out a conventional diesel tower for part of the day.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between battery, hybrid and generator mode?
On battery the engine does not run at all and the tower is silent, giving between 3 hours 45 minutes at full output and 19 hours 46 minutes at 25 percent. In hybrid mode the battery carries the load and the engine starts only to recharge, stretching the interval between refuels to between 180 and 471 hours. In generator mode the engine runs continuously like a conventional tower, giving 125 to 165 hours.
How does the V20 PRO Hyper AGM differ from the CUBE Pro Hyper?
They share the same lighting package and the same Kubota Z482 engine, so both give 139,200 lumens over 3,100 m². The difference is the frame and the tank. The V20 is on an adjustable road trailer with a 100 litre tank, giving up to 471 hours in hybrid mode. The CUBE Pro Hyper sits on a compact site frame for forklift and crane handling and carries 160 litres, giving up to 785 hours. Take the V20 where units are towed between sites.
Can solar panels be added?
The unit has a multipin inlet plug for an optional solar kit, so panels can be fitted after purchase. Solar is not included as standard on this model.
